Dr Dionysis Papadatos-Pastos is a London-based consultant oncologist specializing in the treatment of lung cancer, mesothelioma, thymic tumors, and other thoracic cancers. He is recognized as a leading private oncologist in London, combining medical excellence with compassionate, patient-centered care.

He serves as the Lead for Lung Cancer at the CRUK UCL Clinical Trials Centre and is the Co-Chair of The London Clinic Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), where he develops personalized treatment pathways in collaboration with leading thoracic surgeons, respiratory physicians, and specialist nurses. In these roles, he develops and oversees innovative treatment strategies, including immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and chemotherapy for patients with complex cancer diagnoses.

Dr Papadatos-Pastos graduated in Medicine with distinction from the University of Athens, followed by a PhD in Medical Oncology (2012, First Class Honours). He trained at prestigious cancer centers, including The Royal Marsden, where he completed a Clinical Fellowship at the world-renowned Drug Development Unit. During this time, he contributed to the early development of multiple novel cancer drugs, including targeted therapies and immunotherapy combinations. He also holds a Diploma in Medical Oncology from the Institute of Cancer Research, University of London.

An active clinical researcher, he has worked as Principal Investigator on numerous academic and commercial clinical trials focusing on early drug development, novel targeted therapies, and immunotherapy combinations for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and mesothelioma. His research is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented at major national and international oncology conferences.
